Penne pasta capsicum bento 15

Top tier consists of a lightly blanched capsicum cut into half with the "arrow" knife on a bed of green coral lettuce. Inside are pan fry pork loin slices rolled up with lettuce secure with picks.
Bottom level has penne pasta with added zuchinni, not visible hidden in the pasta sauce. Cut out heart shape cheese with teddy bear nori on top.

Closer view.....

Gadgets used are carl puncher, arrow kinfe and a heart shape cookie cutter to cut the cheese.

The capsicum basket is fab! Unfortunately that's too much capsicum for my kids.

I bought an arrow knife (it's arrow one end and round 'melon' scoop at the other) from Parkson too.

Yes, it works very well. The heart shape cutter reminds me that I'm looking for a crinkle cut knife. I've already have one, but want another with a deeper crinkle groove. Any idea where to get?

3lilangels,why don't you try those bigger bakery shops where they sell a lot of utensils. How deep crinkle groove r u looking at+what purpose? Mayby I can look out for u...
